Xiaomi announced a redesign in its online store in Brazil. With a new domain and a modern look, the update aims to improve the experience of Brazilian consumers, taking advantage of the growth in searches for online purchases during the quarantine.
With good results, the change resulted in an 800% increase in online sales, with an emphasis on smart home products for automated homes – such as lamps, smart speakers and others.
New delivery method
Another novelty announced by the company was the partnership with the Rappi delivery application, which works within a radius of 10 km around the two Xiaomi stores in the city of São Paulo. Customers will be able to purchase various branded devices directly through the delivery application, with access to exclusive discounts and special promotional prices.
“This is an initiative that brings the brand even closer to our fans,” comments Luciano Barbosa, leader of the Xiaomi project in Brazil. “In a simple and practical way, users of the application will be able to buy electronic devices, just as they are used to with restaurants and cafeterias, for example, ”he concludes.
