Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla and the richest person in the world, continues to keep his name on the agenda. A recent email leak revealed that Musk supports factory workers listening to music at work.

“I am very supportive of the music at the factory and the little interactions that make the job more enjoyable,” Musk said in an email sent early last October. Afterwards, she made it clear that she supports the small interactions of the factory workers that make the job more enjoyable.

Elon Musk confirms internal emails

Elon Musk made a general post to explain the subject after the internal rumors about his e-mails and said:

I just want to say that I am very supportive of playing music in the factory and the little interactions that make the job more enjoyable. A colleague just sent me a message asking if you could listen to music with one earbud with the other ear open to watch out for safety issues. This sounds great.

Also, ambient music with speakers can be very good, as long as coworkers can resonate. If you think there are other things that can effectively improve your daily work, please let me know. I hope you look forward to coming to work every day!

In addition, on October 4, Elon Musk, who wanted to remind employees who the boss of this company is, sent another e-mail and said:

If I send an email with clear instructions, administrators will only have three options. First, you can send me an email to explain why I am not correct. Because sometimes I’m totally wrong. Second, if what I’m saying is unclear, please ask me more relevant questions. Third, if the first two options don’t apply, follow my instructions. If the mentioned issues are not met, the relevant manager resigns immediately and leaves the job.

Following these developments, Tesla announced that its delivery volume in the third quarter reached a record level, even though the company’s supply chain was in chip shortage. It has also released the long-awaited “fully autonomous driving” test function. Tesla owners were then allowed to register this advanced driver assistance system and test it on the road.
