“The DCEU died before it even started” — Artist Pays Homage to The Justice League Led by Zack Snyder Amid Its Superhero Upheavals

James Gunn may be shaking things out of the core of the DC universe. And while the superheroes of the future are in for a seemingly adventurous and avant-garde future; fans will undoubtedly miss the caste led by Zack Snyder. Exactly ten years have passed since 2023, when Snyder presented us with an amazing team of action heroes with supernatural abilities to fly, fight as commandos and even possess otherworldly armor to complete the task assigned to them.

However, due to the many changes taking place in the former DC Extended Universe, many Justice League actors are either being replaced by younger versions or are reportedly being assigned a new character to play. Gunn is already writing a script for a Superman movie, replacing Henry Cavill with a younger version. Also, there are rumors in the air that Jason Momoa could also play a new DC superhero after his upcoming Aquaman installment. It seems that loyal fans are thrilled with the OG characters, as one of them expressed his disappointment by honoring all the former DC characters in a delightful art.

Fan art in honor of the Justice League led by Zack Snyder is nothing but a spectacle
Just some 10 years ago, Snyder made his debut in the first film “Justice League”. Both the young and the old had red and blue cloaks, a set of Amazonian battle armor and many other things that could intrigue themselves. However, being transported to our days, we practically do not know where the universe of James Gunn is moving. But we have a little surprise for you. One of the fans under the nickname Instagram I honored my favorite group of superheroes with beautiful art. Expressing the feelings of many hardcore fans, the artist may have correctly signed the post: “DCEU died before it even started.”

As you can see, the artist placed all the characters of Synder in one frame, and Henry Cavill’s Superman occupied the center of the frame. Ben Affleck’s Batman and Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman stand next to the Man of Steel, making up the DCEU Trinity. In addition to them, there is Ezra Miller’s Flash, Ray Fisher’s Cyborg, Jason Momoa’s Aquaman and Harry Lennix’s Martian Hunter. And now, although the actors themselves doubt the future of their characters, this fan art makes us realize that many fanatics will miss out.

Do you agree with popular sentiment or do you think Gunn’s regime will work wonders with DC studios? Let us know in the comments below.
