Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin, the souls-like based on the Final Fantasy universe, will have more of its information revealed in an official live next Saturday, December 18th. Longtime fans of the series will be happy to know that this presentation will have something very interesting: the connection between Stranger of Paradise and the main Final Fantasy series will be revealed.
No wonder, then, that the live was scheduled for December 18th. The date represents the anniversary of the release of the very first Final Fantasy, which came out on this day back in 1987. In other words, the series turns 34 years old next Saturday.
Confirmed presenters will include Yoshinori Kitase, Final Fantasy Brand Manager for Square Enix; Tetsuya Nomura, series creative producer; Masashi Fujiwara, producer at Square Enix and Daisuke Inoue, director at the company.
They will be joined by voice actress Kasumi Ashizawa, and Hatsune Matsushima, who will host the event.
As was already evident by the participants, the event will be broadcast in Japanese, and we do not have information yet if we will have any option for subtitles. The live takes place at 7:00 am Brasília time, and it is already possible to set a reminder.
Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin will be released on PS4 and PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, and PC on March 18, 2022.
