Siouxsie Sioux has announced three more concerts in Europe, which will take place later this year.
Vocalist Siouxsie & The Banshees confirmed their live comeback shortly before Christmas, with their first UK live performance in a decade due to take place at Latitude Festival in July. Siu will be headlining on the BBC Sounds stage.
Now Sioux has announced three concerts in the spring in Europe. She will play in Brussels on May 3 and in Amsterdam on May 4, and then finish in Milan on May 7. Tickets will go on sale this Friday (February 3) — you can buy yours here and see the full list of dates below.
Sioux will return to the US live for her first performance in 15 years later in the same month, where she is set to perform at the Cruel World Festival in California on May 20 [via BrooklynVegan].
Sioux’s last live performance was at the Yoko Ono Meltdown Festival, which was held at London’s Royal Festival Hall. At that time, she played an unprecedented two sold-out shows and surprised fans with an unannounced full performance of the Siouxsie album & The Banshees 1980’s “Kaleidoscope” along with hits such as “Face to Face” and “Here Comes That Day”.
