Samsung: In a discreet way, Samsung today (25) presented the Galaxy A03, a new low-cost cell phone that should hit the market soon. The device was “built to facilitate the completion of daily tasks”, according to the South Korean giant.
Successor to the Galaxy A02, the new phone from Samsung is highlighted by the 48 MP camera, a great improvement over the previous model, whose lens is 13 MP. The rear assembly even includes a 2MP depth sensor, while the selfie camera has 5MP resolution.
The front lens sits in a notch located at the top center of the screen, a 6.5-inch Infinity-V display with HD+ resolution, similar to the panel used on the A02. As for the operating system, the manufacturer has not confirmed, but it is speculated that the smartphone leaves the factory with Android 11 Go Edition.
As for the processor, the new Galaxy A03 is powered by an unnamed 1.6 GHz octa-core chipset, which features a dual-core CPU cluster aligned with a six-core CPU. The component works together with two RAM memory options (3GB and 4GB) and three alternatives of internal storage (32GB, 64GB and 128GB).
Long battery life and more details
Another highlight is the long-lasting battery, with a capacity of 5,000 mAh. The brand did not provide details on the autonomy, but it is believed that it is enough to spend long hours away from the outlet, depending on use.
Measuring 164.2 x 75.9 x 9.1 mm, the phone features a fiber-like back finish and support for Dolby Atmos technology. It will be available in versions 3GB RAM + 32GB of storage, 4GB of RAM + 64GB of storage and 4GB of RAM + 128GB of storage, in blue, red and black.
Regarding the prices of the Samsung Galaxy A03, big tech did not give any information. She also did not reveal when the device arrives in stores or in which countries, but the expectation is that the phone will be on sale before Christmas.
