Peacemaker: HBO Max released this Friday (3) the first full trailer of Peacemaker, a Suicide Squad spin-off focused on the character, played by John Cena. In the video, it is possible to see the mercenary as part of a special operations team to eliminate possible threats to the US government.
Apparently, the character will begin to question his unusual methods of securing world peace. Check out the trailer:
In addition to the teaser, series director and screenwriter James Gunn also shared the series’ first official poster and revealed the release date: January 13th.
In addition to John Cena, Danielle Brooks (Leota Adebayo), Jennifer Holland (Emilia Harcourt), Robert Patrick (Auggie Smith), Chris Conrad (Watchman), Steve Agee (John Economos), Chukwudi Iwuji, Lochlyn Munro (Larry Fitzgibbon), Annie Chang (Sophie Song), Christopher Heyerdahl (Captain Locke) and Nhut Le (Master Judoka) are part of the cast.
