Team Ninja launched on Thursday (18) a new update for Nioh 2, adding support for DLSS on the PC and bringing a series of improvements and fixes for all platforms.
With patch 1.26, users of Nvidia’s RTX graphics cards gain support for DLSS high-resolution imaging technology, which is unheard of in the franchise. Despite this, the developers have not confirmed what the specifications of the DLSS version are, but everything indicates that it is 2.0, since Team Ninja had previously confirmed that the option would arrive in the future for the game.
The update also includes a series of fixes for some talisman mechanics, in-game effects, items found on the map and some occasional bugs on PC and consoles. In addition, each platform will have spot improvements involving errors identified by players, including PS4 sync failure where users of the same generation and PS5 were unable to combine multiplayer games.
Finally, the update brought an iconic Ninja Dragon Ryu Hayabusa outfit from the Ninja Gaiden franchise, which can be enabled for free in the game menu on all platforms.
Nioh 2 is available for PS4, PS5 and PC.
