Mizkiff Could Face Legal Action As Twitch Streamer Refuses to Bring His Trash

Popular Twitch streamer Matthew “Mizkif” Rinaudo may have to go to court after allegedly accumulating a large number of HOA fines due to the negligence of a housemate.

For those who don’t know, HOA stands for Homeowners Association. This association essentially enforces the rules to maintain a given neighborhood. In the case of Mizkif, his content house seems to have fallen on the bad side of their HOA, which may lead to Mizkif having to go to court.

Mizkiff shared the predicament in a recent conversation with Emily “Emiru” Schunk live for a Twitch chat to hear:

“Did you know that we received ten things in the mail for the HOA? We have a lot of problems, to the point that I may have to go to court,” Mizkif explained.

“What?” — Emiru answered directly.

“Yes, in fact, the HOA fines us every week, and we have problems with them. And the reason we have problems with them is that we don’t take the trash back into the house.

“And it’s not my fault, because I bought a house, and I expect one of us to bring back the trash. Yes, no, my HOA is really shrinking. Like, really laugh. If you don’t bring the garbage within two days, you will be fined.”

“I don’t even know what day of the week is garbage day,” she confessed to Emir.

They muted the sound and then discussed a specific garbage day. But shortly after they turned on the sound, Mizkiff added, “Make sure you have to return the trash on Tuesday.”

It is currently unclear whether Mizkif will actually sue for this or just pay the accumulated fines and get it over with. One thing is for sure: someone from his house of content creators should start bringing garbage.
