Matrix Resurrections: The long-awaited fourth Matrix film opens next Wednesday (22) in Brazilian theaters and has been a source of anxiety among fans of the franchise. With the premiere of Matrix Resurrections just a few days away, some American journalists have already been able to check out the feature, starring Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss.
Critics highlight the advance of the love story between Neo and Trinity and the ambitious plot adopted in the plot – which should even divide the public’s opinions a lot. Check out:

Germain Lussier of GizModo wrote: “I can’t stop thinking about ‘Matrix Resurrections‘. He brilliantly reinvents the franchise while elevating the importance of the first three films by being touching, moving and beautiful. It’s very traveled and complex, but I loved it. Can’t wait to see it again and again.”
“Smart, funny, weird, self-referential and unexpected. Trust me, you’ll need to watch it over and over,” wrote Erik Davis, critic for Fandango and Rotten Tomatoes.
Some point out that it can be considered the best film of the year. “There was a moment in the middle of the movie where I called it the best movie ever made and, like, I wasn’t convinced it’s NOT?” said Emily VanDerWerff of Vox.
