Intel Core i9: A few days ago, leaks emerged indicating that Intel was preparing to launch a new high-end device chip: the Core i9-12900K. Apparently, the information was true and they have even started to sell units of the new CPU, but not in the most correct way.
The launch will be part of the new lineup of Alder Lake processors and is not really available on the market yet. A Reddit user contacted a reseller and allegedly managed to purchase two CPU units for $610, about $3,500 at the current price.
Did you leave or not?
The buyer even published photos of the Core i9-12900K and the packaging — the information and photos match the leaks from the beginning of the month. In any case, Intel has not yet revealed all the information about the CPU.
It’s important to make it clear that, so far, the Core i9-12900K is not equippable on any machine. Only Asus Z690 motherboards support the chip, but they also haven’t hit the public yet.
There is no confirmed date yet, but rumors indicate that Intel is expected to launch the Alder Lake line later this month.
