The Lunar New Year this year falls on January 22, and several programs take days off because of the holiday.
SBS’s “Inkigayo” will not be broadcast on January 22, and instead of a weekly music show, a repeat of the new drama “Payback” will be broadcast.
TV Chosun’s “Red Ball” is being filmed on January 21 and 22, and the drama will resume airing as usual next week, on January 28 and 29.
On January 23 and 24, new episodes of the drama “Brain Works” will not be broadcast on KBS 2TV. Instead, on January 23 at 13:55 Korean time, a special edition will be broadcast with a summary of the results from 1 to 6. KS.
SBS’s “Trolleybus” will also take a week off, and like “Brain Works,” the drama will return to air on January 30.
Finally, MBC’s weekday drama “The Witch Game” will also not be broadcast on January 23 and 24. The next episode of the series will air on January 25 at 19:05. KST.
