Ice Spice called Taylor Swift “the sweetest person in the world” after the singer and songwriter praised her in a recent album announcement.

Yesterday (May 24) Swift announced a deluxe edition of her 10th album “Midnights” titled “Midnights (Til Dawn Edition)”, announcing that Ice Spice will be included in the remix of “Karma”.

On the eve of the release of the remix and the extended edition of the record, Swift called Ice Spice “incredible” on social media. “I’m a big fan of this brilliant artist, and after meeting her, I can confirm: she’s the ONLY one worth looking at,” she tweeted.

After the announcement, Ice Spice expressed gratitude for Swift’s kind words, replying, “Sweetest person ever, thank you [so much], I love you.”

In addition to the remix of “Karma”, the deluxe album also includes a new version of the song “Snow on the Beach” featuring Lana Del Rey with additional elements from Del Rey. Swift also tweeted: “In addition to “Karma Ft Ice Spice”… You asked for it, we listened: Lana and I returned to the studio specifically to record more of Lana for “Snow on the Beach”. Love u Lana».

Fans of Swift’s upcoming concert at the stadium in New Jersey tonight (Friday, May 26) will have the first opportunity to buy physical copies of “Midnights (Til Dawn Edition)”.

In a recent tweet, the 33-year-old musician said: “For those of you who are going to concerts in East Rutherford, we will have a new special edition of the CD, available ONLY on the site, starting at 12:30 eastern time on Friday! On this CD there will be a never-before-heard track “Midnights” “Vault” called “You’re Losing Me”!”

“Karma (Remix)” is the latest in a long line of high—profile collaborations. In February, she and the Bath PinkPantheress star went viral with the song ‘Boy’s A Liar Pt. 2’. After that, Nicki Minaj jumped on the “Princess Diana” remix with the Bronx star, and last week Katy Perry expressed interest in collaborating with rapper Munch during an interview with Buzzfeed.

Meanwhile, this week, Steve Nicks thanked Taylor Swift for writing “You’re On Your Own, Kid,” as she reflected her feelings after the loss of late Fleetwood Mac bandmate Kristin McVie.

Elsewhere, Ice Spice’s song “Like” was leaked, but the rapper stated that the track was a “one-off” from her debut EP “Like…?”
