HTC embarks on its steady growth over the past few quarters and introduces new products with attractive price and good specs. Last week, the Taiwanese manufacturer unveiled its new Vive Flow VR virtual reality glasses that promise to eclipse the label of rival models in the market.
This Monday (25), the company announced True Wireless Earbuds Plus, its new pair of true wireless headphones equipped with premium features and rugged construction that should appeal to the athlete audience.
The headphones feature Active Noise Canceling (ANC) that contributes to your immersive experience. With their compact batteries, the points offer autonomy of up to 4.5 hours of uninterrupted music playback with the feature enabled; when turning off the mode, the period of use can be extended to 5.5 hours.
With built-in microphones, the accessories also support voice calls and their battery life can reach up to 4 hours with ANC on and an extra 30 minutes with ANC off. The charging case has a minimalist look and houses a battery that provides up to 86 hours of battery life in standby mode.
Other True Wireless Earbuds Plus specs include quick pairing functionality with smartphones and touch controls. The product is IPX5 certified, attesting to its good resistance to splashing water.
Price and availability
HTC True Wireless Earbuds Plus will be available in the UK from Tuesday (26) in two color options — black or white — costing £69. The manufacturer does not indicate release forecasts of the new accessories.
