Instagram: Although uploading posts to Instagram is something we take for granted, sometimes it can be complicated suddenly because there is no decent WiFi, because we do not have enough coverage, or simply because of time. And who hasn’t hit the ‘Back’ button by mistake and lost all the changes after a while of editing?
To solve these problems, Instagram has a function called Drafts, which, as indicated, allows you to retouch images and then save them as drafts to upload them later.
How do I save a post as a draft?
Once you’ve created a post, you can save it as a draft and share it later. These are the steps to follow:
After opening Instagram, tap the middle icon at the bottom of the screen that represents a camera, then upload a photo or video.
Now edit it to your liking: add effects, filters, a caption or your location.
Go back to the filter and edit step, then tap the back arrow in the upper left.
Select Save draft at the bottom of the screen.
Follow these steps to use the feature, because if you don’t edit the post, tag people, or add a caption or location, you won’t be able to save the post as a draft.
To see the posts you’ve saved as a draft, tap the camera icon at the bottom of the display, then Library. Posts will appear at the bottom of the screen, under Drafts.
