Samsung may be working on another tablet in addition to the Galaxy Tab line. The German division of the smartphone giant has leaked on its support website two versions of the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, an entry model that may come with Android 10 from the factory.
According to the GSM Arena, the pages only list the name of each product and do not have detailed information about the devices. At the time of this news, the two sites were still online on Samsung’s German site.
The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite with Wi-Fi appears on the support site codenamed SM-P610. The LTE version is listed as SM-P615. In both cases, no specification on the tablets appears, other than the connection type. On the other hand, the two sites bring an indication of an article on Android 10, which may be a clue that the operating system may be present on the devices.
Although the Samsung support pages do not have information about the Tab S6 Lite, other previous leaks brought supposed details about the line of tablets. In addition to some of the device specifications having already leaked, images showing the design of the devices have also come online.
Both models are expected to hit the market with an Exynos 9611 processor and a 7,040 mAh battery. In addition, products can have 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. For the photos, the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite line should adopt an 8 MP rear sensor and a 5 MP solution for selfies.
According to the leaks, the tablets will be sold in black and blue colors. The products would also have support for S Pen and sound system with AKG technology. So far, however, Samsung has not officially commented on the matter.
Recently, a leak showed that the firm may soon launch the Galaxy Tab S7 with two screen options and a 5G connection. With that in mind, it may be that the S6 Lite models end up arriving with the brand new top of the line tablets.
