Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is getting ready to offer much more content with the second season. According to a recent leak, two classic maps from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare are getting ready to return with the last game in the series.
With the start of Season 2 in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, new content will continue to arrive and more nostalgia is waiting for players in the future. Data miners have revealed that after looking at Modern Warfare’s second content season, two classic maps from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare will come to the game.
Reddit user evilonyx has announced that the iconic maps of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Killhouse and Broadcast, will come into play. Killhouse is a small map with the same size as Shipment, and it came back not only in CoD 4, but also in CoD: Mobile and CoD Online. The map has fast and deadly matches due to its small size.
Broadcast, on the other hand, offers much larger and longer range conflicts than Killhouse, as well as tight spaces where you can have close contact with the enemy. It is not known when the maps will be published, but we think that they will be added to the game very soon if they are to be published.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Season 2 will bring much more than new maps. The battle royale mode is expected to come to the game in the coming weeks. The cinematic trailer that comes to the game after the Season 2 update and the new game mode option that appears in the in-game menu strengthens the possibilities in this direction.
Developer Infinity Ward and publisher Activision have yet to make an official statement as to whether Modern Warfare will get the battle royal mode, but it seems to be added to the game soon after the clues that have emerged.
