Fujifilm Announces New Flagship Camera X-T4

Fujifilm announced the technical specifications of its flagship camera X-T4. Fujifilm X-T4 is the improved version of the previous X-T3 model.

A new member has joined Fujifilm’s beloved X Series cameras. The company has heard of the new flagship camera X-T4 today. The Fujifilm X-T4 is very similar to the X-T3 introduced in 2018, but the fourth-generation camera has more striking features than its predecessor.

At the beginning of the upgrades is the IBIS (in-body image stabilization) feature. The X-T4 is the second device in the Fujifilm camera lineup after the X-T3 and helps you capture sharp images at low shutter speeds. The Fuji X-T4, like its predecessor, has 26.1MP BSI CMOS X-Trans 4 sensor, quad-core X-Processor 4 processor and 3.69 M-dot EVF (electronic viewfinder), but offers many innovations.

The new 5-axis IBIS system promises stabilization up to 6.5-stop. The higher capacity battery of the X-T4 also raises CIPA standards to 600 shots per charge. Variable angle touchscreen with 1.62 M dots offers both higher resolution and versatile features. The camera’s low-light autofocus sensitivity has been expanded from -3 EV to -6 EV.

The shutter mechanism of the Fujifilm X-T4 has been replaced by a new unit that Fuji claims to be the fastest and most robust in the X Series history. The screen life of the new generation camera is specified as 300,000. The X-T4 can record DCI 4K up to 60 FPS at 400 Mbps, and Full HD 1080p resolution up to 240 FPS at 200Mbps.
