AMD, which has achieved a good output lately, cannot be stopped. Recent research shows that AMD admiration has increased by 50 percent compared to last year, while 60 percent of consumers in Europe now prefer AMD’s processors.
Intel, a US-based technology giant, was a monopoly of the processor industry for a long time. But this has changed dramatically, especially in the last few years. AMD, also a US-based technology manufacturer, managed to gain consumer appreciation with the Ryzen series of processors, and Intel has seriously cornered it. In fact, this situation has reached such a serious size that most Europeans now prefer AMD processors.
The European Hardware Association (EHA) conducted a survey and asked consumers about their preferences for the processor. The results were remarkable. Because the same survey was conducted a year ago, and Intel was far ahead. The last survey clearly shows that much has changed in a year. Last year, 60 percent of consumers preferred Intel, while 60 percent of consumers preferred AMD this year.
EHA’s survey also shows some results. AMD has made such a big difference in a short period of time, especially in the “Ryzen 3000” series. In fact, this is not surprising, because other surveys and researches on AMD show a similar result. AMD seems to have proven itself to consumers with the Ryzen 3000 series.
EHA President Koen Crijns said that AMD’s work on the road to success has been reflected to consumers in the last three years. Crijns says that AMD has already introduced price / performance products for a while, adding that AMD’s performance gap with Intel processors has had a direct impact on the survey results.
Another stage of the EHA survey was about graphics cards. Unfortunately, AMD isn’t at the point where it wants it for the moment. Because only 23 percent of consumers prefer AMD. Moreover, both EHA’s and other surveys show similar results. Accordingly, we can easily say that the king of the graphics card industry is still Nvidia.
Surveys and surveys show that AMD’s admiration has grown more and more. In fact, research has shown that the love for AMD has increased by 50 percent compared to last year. It seems that AMD’s intention to seize Intel’s throne is slowly being realized. Let’s see how Intel will react in the future.
