The color codes used in these fat cells come up in ‘fat’ diets that require you to eat some special meals that have not been fully proven to weaken, but according to researchers, the main thing to lose weight is to understand these different types of fat cells and turn harmful cells into benefits.

Understanding brown, white and beige fat cells:

There are two types of essential fat cells in the human body. The first of these, white fat cells, is found in connective tissues and generally around the abdominal cavity, subcutaneous and internal organs. The extra energy we receive when we eat is stored in these specified areas as glucose.

Brown fat cells were initially thought to be found only in newborn babies, but according to more recent research, these brown fat cells are actually in our bodies throughout our lives. These cells are; It is positioned in the scapula, spinal cord, neck and collarbone parts of the body, but it can also move to areas that are needed to burn the energy obtained by food when needed.

After two main known types of fat cells, the researchers discovered a third type of fat cell. This newly discovered ‘beige fat cell’ is described as intermittent cells that appear when white fat cells turn into brown fat cells. Simply put, when the human body meets low temperatures, white fat cells begin to be converted into brown fat cells, which will burn the stored energy to raise body temperature. In this process, we come across new beige fat cells.

According to studies, these brown and beige fat cells accelerate the weight loss process and at the same time prevent the body from freezing when extreme cold is encountered. Also, these fat cells play a big role in fighting obesity and obesity-related diseases.
