AMD Ryzen XT processors with Zen 2 architecture leaked!


AMD, preparing to introduce 4th generation Ryzen processors at the end of the year, had a surprise leak. Processors at the end of the year with the Zen 3 architecture will have 7 nm + lithography. According to the latest reports, refurbished AMD Ryzen XT processors appeared.

It is estimated that the biggest factor in AMD making such a decision is the 10th generation Intel Comet Lake processors, which will be released in the coming weeks.

Refurbished AMD Ryzen XT processors are coming
The 3rd generation Ryzen processors, which were introduced in 2019 and have 7 nm lithography, had the code name Matisse. It is stated that the new XT processors have the name ‘Matisse Refresh’. Processors that will come with Zen 2 architecture will offer higher clock speeds and increased overclocking potential.

AMD Ryzen XT processors will consist of at least three models. The new processors are planned to come out at the same price as the Ryzen 3000 series processors. In addition, the 3000 series Ryzen processors will be discounted. Recently, the Ryzen 3900X processor with a price tag of $ 500 was reduced to $ 420.

Intel, which adopts a more aggressive pricing policy on its 10th generation processors, will be talked about with the i9-10900K processor. In addition, great improvements have been made to the prices of mid-range 6-core i5 processors. Ryzen 3900X was not the only processor to be discounted by AMD. The $ 250 Ryzen 3600X was reduced to $ 230 and the $ 400 Ryzen 3800X to $ 335.

AMD Ryzen XT processors to be renewed will have the names Ryzen 3900 XT, Ryzen 3800 XT and Ryzen 3600 XT. 3900 XT will have 12 cores and 24 threads, 3800 XT will have 8 cores and 16 threads, and 3600 XT will have 6 cores and 12 threads. The new processors will come with higher clock speeds and increased overclocking potentials. Intel’s competitors on the Intel side will be Core i9-10900K, Core i7-10700K and Core i5-10600K respectively.
