In a viral TikTok video, a McDonald’s customer shared a very simple way to get more chicken nuggets at a lower price.
McDonald’s has somehow become a gold mine for TikTok content. Users from all over the world get acquainted with the content created in the popular fast food chain, some share their charity events, and others arrange drama on the spot. In this particular case with TikToker, he went viral because he shared a life hack with chicken nuggets that guaranteed saving consumers money.
The video lasts only 15 seconds and is actually quite simple.
“Another McDonald’s hack that you all should know about. A big happy meal of six nuggets costs six pounds. But if you buy two chicken nuggets, you get two drinks, two fries and eight nuggets cheaper.”
That’s literally everything — the video ends right there. As for the exact price comparison, it can be seen from the video that it is 6.09 pounds, while two separate meals cost 5.98 pounds, so they are slightly cheaper if two additional nuggets are attached to them. At least, this is all in the UK, it is unclear whether this approach will work in other regions.
