10 best flagship and intermediary phones in May 2020


As usual, the company that developed AnTuTu, one of the most popular benchmark apps for mobile devices, published the list of the ten most powerful Android smartphones in the world, both in the high-end segment and among middlemen, for the month of May.

In the top-of-the-line segment, all ten best-placed devices use the Snapdragon 865 chip, which is Qualcomm’s fastest platform today.

In the first, second and third places we have OPPO Find X2 Pro (604,123 points), OPPO Find X2 (600.88 points) and Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro (600,264 points), respectively.

Following the list, we have OPPO Ace2, in fourth place (598,547 points), iQOO Neo3, in fifth (597,528 points), Redmi K30 Pro, in sixth (594,188 points), iQOO 3, in seventh (587,995 points) , the Realme X50 Pro Zoom Edition, in eighth (586,296 points), OnePlus 8 Pro, in ninth (584,598 points) and Vivo NEX 3S 5G, in tenth (582,971 points).

We always like to point out that the score does not reflect 100% the performance of smartphones in practical use, and that this difference is not so important, since they all have very similar hardware.

As we can see, there is no device in the top ten that uses Huawei’s Kirin 990 chip.


Unlike the previous list, among the ten best-placed intermediate devices, we have a variety of chips manufactured by Samsung, Huawei, MediaTek and Qualcomm.

The list of intermediaries, of course, is the one that interests most consumers. The first, second and third places are occupied by OPPO Reno3 5G (403,607 points), Honor 30 (387,583 points) and Huawei Nova 7 (385.33 points), respectively.

Completing the list are the Honor 30S, in fourth place (362,502 points), the Honor X10, in fifth (360,460 points), the Huawei Nova 7 SE, in sixth (353,868 points), the OPPO Reno3 Pro 5G, in seventh ( 342,415 points), Vivo S6 5G, in eighth (330,037 points), Vivo X30 5G, in ninth (326,879 points) and Redmi K30 5G, in tenth (322,867 points).

Among the intermediate devices, the difference in score can be perceived more sharply, due to differences in the architectures of the chips.
